Reflection: I chose to include this piece because it gave me the experience of dealing with a patient whose diet and lifestyle need modification and I have been educated to do just that. I performed calculations to assess Jake's needs and it was very educational to put this practice into an applicable setting. I learned quite a bit about vitamin and mineral sources in this paper that I can reflect on as well.
