Skill Area: Medical Nutrition Therapy
Reflection: I chose to include this piece because it demonstrates the knowledge I have acquired in disease pathophysiology, nutrition therapy, assessment, and intervention. I learned how to calculate dietary needs for the patient and how to modify the patient's current lifestyle in order to ease pain and improve health. I look forward to doing case studies in my career.
